An Effective Way of Learning: Flipped Classroom

As opposed to the traditional style of instruction in which teachers present a lesson to students and then give homework, in flipped classroom approach, students complete direct instruction. For example, viewing a lecture online before the topic is discussed in the class. The goal of first-exposure learning, which involves showing the content to students beforehand, is to allow them to absorb the information at their own pace. Students are better equipped to concentrate on participating in class and get feedback on their work during the lesson rather than just after.
