As opposed to the traditional style of instruction in which teachers present a lesson to students and then give homework, in flipped classroom approach, students complete direct instruction. The goal of first-exposure learning, which involves showing the content to students beforehand, is to allow them to absorb the information at their own pace. Students are better equipped to concentrate on participating in class and get feedback on their work during the lesson rather than just after. Today we are going to talk about creating a corpus based material!!! This time in our Current Issues in Teaching course we were assigned to create a corpus based teaching material and a lesson plan based on the ASSURE modal . We were supposed to design a worksheet and our target group was EFL learners who are enrolled in a high school in Turkey. I  worked on this task with my friends Nisa Elmas and Bilge Dilara Doğan.
